Search on OWA return "The action couldn't be completed. Please try Again
Hi,
After we shut down the server (for few times lately) when we try the search in OWA we getting the message as in the title.
We are using Exchange 2010 SP 2 Rollup 2. we try the article in:

but
nothing help, any suggestion. it start before when we been on SP 1 Rollup 5 than we move to SP 2 Rollup 2 and it was OK till the next time we had to shut down and start our server again.

This is a known issue for Exchange 2010 sp1. It can be solved via .\Repair-ExchangeSearchSymlinks.ps1.

By the way, how many Exchange Servers in the network? Please ensure that the version for those Exchange Server is the same, with same service pack, same update.Xiu Zhang
